Having spent the last five years working in a busy school office, Lou is delighted to bring some insights from the education sector to support the work of KCA. She loves working as part of a team with a collaborative approach here.

When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking in the beautiful Gloucestershire landscape, and open water swimming.
