Dean Reilly-Sharp
Associate Trainer
Dean is an Attachment and Developmental Trauma Specialist working in the Education and Social Care sector. He is leader, advisor, and consultant for private care organisations and Local Authorities.
With near 30 years of experience in range of positions, if asked Dean will always identify first and foremost as a practitioner. In 2019 he set up Sun Connections to be a Humanscale company offering relationally based trauma informed training, support and guidance for families, schools, and residential homes.
His eclectic mix of experiences and skills has resulted in a broad knowledge base. His intuitively accepting and empathic approach enables him to build an understanding of individuals and organisations. This then facilitates a dynamic and engaging training approach. Dean very much 'walks his talk'.
Dean is currently studying for an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy for Children, Adolescents and Families at Roehampton University.
