Shashi has a wealth of experience and skills in education having worked in the education sector for 16 years.
Shashi has been a Deputy Head of QEGS Sixth Form who lead effectively in the classroom as an English teacher while also leading the pastoral care team on safeguarding and child protection.
During this time QEGS Sixth Form were awarded the prestigious recognition as the Top Girls' State School in the UK, based on examination results data provided by the DFE.
Shashi also has extensive experience of working in North London Secondary schools which means she has encountered diverse student populations and developed strategies to engage and support them effectively.
Her approach involved using empathetic and motivational coaching methodologies to establish trusted and collaborative long-term partnerships, resulting in successful outcomes for staff and students alike.
